GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

The general terms and conditions of the website www.kitenatura.com are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, and international codes for e-commerce.

These terms define the rights and obligations of users of the website www.kitenatura.com when ordering products, the business relationship between the provider and users, and the conditions of use of the website.

All website content, regardless of form (text, images, videos, audio, etc.), is protected by copyright. It may not be used for any purpose other than viewing the site, making purchases, or communication with the provider, unless explicitly permitted in writing. In the event of misuse or unauthorized use, the provider will protect its interests through legal action.

Online Store

Registration is not required to make a purchase; however, the user must acknowledge and accept the general terms and conditions.

The provider strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information in the online store are accurate and up to date. Nonetheless, unintentional errors may occur, and the provider commits to correcting such errors as quickly as possible.

Availability of products is displayed in real-time. However, due to simultaneous purchases or system delays, it may occasionally happen that a product appears in stock but becomes unavailable by the time the order is processed. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or replacement option.

Prices and Taxes

All prices listed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate (22%), unless stated otherwise. Product prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. Such changes do not affect confirmed orders.

If an error in pricing occurs, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. The customer will be offered the option to purchase the product at the correct price or receive a full refund.

All promotional offers are valid until the stated end date or while stocks last.

Customers may choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit card (processed securely via Shopify Payments)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer based on a proforma invoice (available on request)
- Other payment methods listed during checkout

All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. The provider does not store credit card or payment details.

All products sold are original and sourced from official distributors or manufacturers.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, the customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order.

The order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the customer via email to the address provided at checkout.

The online store includes technical tools to detect and prevent order errors. The system notifies the customer if required fields are incomplete. A final order summary is displayed prior to confirmation, allowing the customer to review and correct any data.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing via email to info@kitenatura.com within the 14-day period. The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is submitted.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the provider will reimburse all payments made by the customer (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, the provider is not obliged to reimburse the additional delivery costs.

Partial returns from bundled or promotional offers (e.g. 3-for-2 promotions) will be recalculated accordingly, and the refund adjusted to reflect the actual value of the remaining items after the promotion is undone.

If goods are returned in a condition that does not meet the above criteria, the provider reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value.

Returned goods must be sent to the return address provided by the provider. Please include a completed return form available on our website.

Liability and Dispute Resolution

The provider strives to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur. In such cases, the provider will rectify any mistakes as soon as possible but is not liable for unintended omissions or inaccuracies.

The user is responsible for securing their own devices and internet connection while accessing the website. The provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or its services, including but not limited to service interruption, data loss, or system errors.

In case of disputes, the provider will aim to resolve them amicably. Users may submit complaints via email to info@kitenatura.com. The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and respond within 8 business days with a proposed solution.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

In accordance with Slovenian and EU law, consumers may also seek out-of-court dispute resolution via the EU online platform for consumer disputes, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

These terms and conditions are subject to Slovenian law. Invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Limitation of Access and Abuse of Services

If the provider determines that a user is abusing the services (e.g., placing multiple orders without intention to complete them, repeatedly refusing shipments, or returning goods without valid justification), the provider reserves the right to limit or block the user's access to the website and its services.
